Forward flips. Everyone wants to do them. They signal skill, bravery and practice; a superpower. Early one morning on Plage Publique de La Marsa, I witnessed the persistence of the body. This fellow might’ve been preparing for a casting at Cirque du Soleil, or maybe he just wanted to tick this off a bucket list. Or maybe he was practising a goal celebration. In any case, it was his world, and my camera got a momentary glance. What drives people to try something? Later that evening, I’d join a company dinner during our 2023 planning event in Tunis. I think he accomplished more than we did.
