Patacona Beach in Valencia sits just north of the more popular Malvarrosa. But it has a more local feel. It was COVID time. Spain had flattened the curve, but masks remained. Bodies close, arms locked, and the eyes doing all the communicating. And the dancing doing the deeper communicating. Most of the women wore proper heels while the men had just slipped something on. Still, the vibes helped everyone forget about the N95 masks. I like dancing, but I dislike the orthodoxy of structured couples. I do better observing from a distance.
